Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you use bluegecko.es. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be easy to read.
What Blue Gecko is
Blue Gecko is a guide. We show excursions, places to eat and drink, rentals and experiences in Tenerife, and help you contact the business directly. We don't sell, book or take payment for any of them.
Bookings are with the business
When you contact a business through Blue Gecko, any booking, price, payment, cancellation or refund is agreed between you and that business, under its own terms. Blue Gecko is not part of that agreement.
Listings and prices
We check listings carefully, but details such as prices, times and availability are set by the businesses and can change. Please confirm everything with the business before you book.
Member offers
Discount codes are offered by the businesses, can have their own conditions and end dates, and are for personal use. Please don't share or resell them. A business may decline a code that is misused.
Your account
Keep your password safe and give correct details. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the site. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in or overload it, no scraping or copying of listings in bulk, and nothing illegal.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. We are not responsible for the services the listed businesses provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Questions? Write to hello@bluegecko.es.
